Day 1: Immersion in history and royalty

This first morning I began my visit with the Princely Palace, the official residence of the Grimaldis, where I attended the Changing of the Guard at 11:55 a.m., a ceremonial spectacle that was impressive to say the least. The Grands Appartements immersed me in monarchical opulence, with their frescoes and art collections. It must be said that the view from the Rock over the Mediterranean was truly spectacular.

In the afternoon I headed to the Exotic Gardens, a haven of succulents and cacti, complete with the Observatory Cave. The panoramas from the heights gave me a unique perspective on the city. Then, I took a stroll in Monaco-Ville (“The Rock”), with its medieval streets and the Notre-Dame-Immaculée Cathedral, where Grace Kelly and Rainier rest.

In the evening we had dinner at the very famous Louis XV - Alain Ducasse, a triple Michelin-starred restaurant. A memorable culinary experience with local products enhanced by the chef. I then ended the evening with a romantic walk at Port Hercule, lit up by luxury yachts.

Day 2: Marine culture and old town

The next morning I opted for a visit to the Oceanographic Museum, founded by Prince Albert I. Between spectacular aquariums (including the shark lagoon) and interactive exhibitions, this place combines science and wonder. The building, clinging to the cliff, is a true work of art.

For lunch I went to the Condamine market, where I enjoyed local specialties like barbajuan (Monegasque donut) in a beautiful authentic atmosphere. Then it was the exploration of the Old Town: craft shops, arched passages and a stop at the Jardin Saint-Martin with its breathtaking view.

At nightfall it was show time at the Monte-Carlo Opera, in the sumptuous Salle Garnier. The acoustics and the gilding transported me to another time. Dinner at Cipriani, a gastronomic journey to Italy, before a peaceful night at the Hôtel Hermitage, where the Thermes Marins spa offered me absolute relaxation.

Day 3: Glamor of Monte-Carlo and nature

In the morning of this third day, breakfast at the Nobu with a view of the sea, followed by a lazy morning at the Larvotto Beach. The turquoise water and fine sand were perfect for a relaxing break.

Visit to the Monte-Carlo Casino in the afternoon, a symbol of luxury since 1865. I admired the onyx Atrium and tried my luck at roulette, before a walk in the surrounding gardens. Then, I discovered the Japanese Garden, an oasis of serenity with its bridges and exotic plants. In the evening, cocktail at the Twiga Monte-Carlo, where the lounge atmosphere mixes with a pretty sunset.

Dinner at Blue Bay for a Caribbean-Mediterranean fusion by chef Marcel Ravin.

Day 4: Automobile and panoramas

Exploration of Prince Rainier III's Vintage Car Collection, with more than 100 models, from Rolls Royce to historic Formula 1 cars, a treat for me who is passionate about automobiles. Then, I took a guided tour of the F1 Circuit.

I had breakfast at the Sass Café, a trendy place, before relaxing at the Fontvieille Park and its rose garden dedicated to Grace Kelly. A haven of peace in the heart of the city.

for dinner I chose the Grill, a restaurant located on the 8th floor of the Hôtel de Paris, with an opening roof to admire the stars. I continued the evening at Jimmy’z, a legendary nightclub with DJs from all over the world.

Day 5: Last moments between sea and culture

On the last day I embark on a Cruise from Port Hercule aboard a Riva yacht, following the Côte d'Azur to Cap Ferrat and swimming in the crystal clear waters of Paloma beach.

In the afternoon I undertook a final visit to the Naval Museum to explore maritime history, and do some shopping on the Croisette in Cannes, not far from Monaco 35.

In the evening my farewell dinner was at the Joël Robuchon, with its unforgettable tasting menu and to finish in style, I had a drink at the Buddha-Bar, where the Asian atmosphere and the creative cocktails amazed me.Monaco seduced me with its unique blend of history, nature and modernity. Between palaces, hanging gardens and electric nights, every moment was a promise of wonder.
