3 roma tomatoes (halved)
1 jalapeño (whole or halved)
1/2 white onion (cut in chunks)
2 garlic cloves (whole)
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Salt + pepper to taste
Tortilla chips (restaurant-style if possible)
How to Make It (quick)
Fire roast tomatoes, jalapeño, onion + garlic on open flame or very hot skillet until charred.
Blend everything lightly — keep it slightly chunky (not baby food).
Season with salt, pepper + lime.
Chill 20 minutes for flavor to settle.
Serve with warm tortilla chips.
