1 lb ground beef (80/20 ideal)
Salt + pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Sliced sharp cheddar
Sliced jalapeño (fresh or pickled — both good)
Slider buns (brioche preferred)
Sauce
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp ketchup
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
How to Make It (quick)
Season beef with salt + pepper + garlic powder. Roll into small loose balls (not tight).
Smash on a screaming hot skillet — thin + crisp edges is the vibe.
Add cheddar + melt.
Toast slider buns lightly.
