Korean Gochujang Honey Wings (Sweet Heat Bar Classic)

Ingredients
Wings
2 lbs chicken wings
Salt + pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch (light dusting helps crisp)
Neutral oil for frying or air-frying
Gochujang Honey Sauce
2 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
Optional: pinch red chili flakes
How to Make It (quick)
Season wings with salt + pepper + light cornstarch dust.
Fry or air-fry wings until crispy + cooked through.
In bowl, mix sauce ingredients until smooth.
Toss hot wings in sauce while they’re still sizzling.
Garnish with sesame seeds + green onions.
