Ingredients

Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • Salt + pepper

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (light dusting helps crisp)

  • Neutral oil for frying or air-frying

Gochujang Honey Sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Optional: pinch red chili flakes

How to Make It (quick)
  1. Season wings with salt + pepper + light cornstarch dust.

  2. Fry or air-fry wings until crispy + cooked through.

  3. In bowl, mix sauce ingredients until smooth.

  4. Toss hot wings in sauce while they’re still sizzling.
