Last march my wife Susan and I planned a trip to Las Vegas in order to unplug to our day-to-day routine. Leaving in Raleigh, we wanted to enjoy a memorable and relaxing week in Las Vegas to explore world-class entertainment, fine dining and iconic landmarks while creating lasting memories for our couple.
We Stayed at the luxurious Cosmopolitan Hotel and enjoyed the very cozy suite with stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip.
The next night upon arrival we attended the famous live performance Show of “Cirque Du Soleil”. We Experienced the vibrant nightlife at Omnia, an awesome experience in this outstanding night club, a little bit expensive but really worth it: The music, the DJ, the vibe all are setup for an unforgettable night.
We also tried our luck at iconic casinos like Caesars Palace and The Venetian where my wife particularly enjoyed an indoor-outdoor gondola ride.
We had a romantic dinner at the well-known French Restaurant L'atelier De Joël Robuchon: Little wait, excellent food, pleasant servers, refined dishes, exceptional food and wine pairing; only pleasure. We also tried local favorites like In-N-Out Burger and Secret Pizza.
We explored the spectacular Las Vegas Strip, including the Fountains of Bellagio and the High Roller Observation Wheel and had a walk at the vibrant Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas.
Another good experience was our day trip to the Grand Canyon we had the pleasure to admire some of the most awe-inspiring sights this natural wonder has to offer specially at the end of our day by watching the sunset at Hopi Point, one of the most popular spots for sunset views. The magical changing colors of the canyon as the sun sets.
We could’ t spends the week without making some shopping, so we went to the famous Forum Shops at Caesars where we bought some clothes and souvenirs.
In conclusion this vacation helps us strengthened our bond through shared experiences and quality time. We took so much stunning photos and videos to cherish the memories forever. This weeklong getaway in Las Vegas was a perfect blend of excitement, relaxation, and romance. We returned home with unforgettable memories and a renewed appreciation for each other.
Looking forward for next time
