Ingredients
Shrimp marinade
1 lb shrimp (peeled + deveined)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne (more if you want HOT)
Salt + black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lime
Cilantro lime slaw
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 tbsp mayo
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Pinch of salt
To serve
Warm tortillas (corn works best here)
Lime wedges
Optional: avocado slices or jalapeño
How to Make It (quick)
Toss shrimp in marinade spices + lime. Let sit 10 minutes.
Mix all slaw ingredients in a bowl + chill.
